It's official! Jane Gill Watt, Honorary Founding President, has passed the baton to Pam Kandziora as the new Impact100 SRQ President!
Pam begins her presidency just as we kick off of our 5th Anniversary Giving Year 2023. Pam fully embraces the Impact100 SRQ Giving Model and is committed to leading our organization with passion and purpose.
As we continue our collective journey, Jane Watt shares, "Pam is eager to build on the success that we have already achieved while maintaining our mission of empowering women to collectively fund transformational grants in Sarasota and Manatee Counties for years to come."

On November 6th, our members gathered for our Annual Celebration and Award Ceremony held at New College of Florida. At this beautiful bayfront location, members heard presentations from our ten Grant Finalists, and 2022 members cast a vote for their choice of six Grant Recipients.

Impact100 SRQ kicks off its 5th Giving Year and we are looking forward to this one being the best yet! We hope you will continue your collective giving journey with us by renewing for the 2023 giving year and inviting a friend to join.

Experience the cool morning breeze, breathtaking skies and meet other Impact members. Join us in the sleepy town of Venice - City by the Gulf at 8 am for a gentle wake up walk at your own pace. We will meet in front of Centennial Park splash pad and walk the intercostal waterway. We will turn around and come back so if you are a late riser, no worries, we will eventually meet up. Thank you for joining us, and we look forward to building awareness in Venice!

Meet us Joan M Durante Community Park, which is a beautiful 32-acre bayfront park with several new boardwalks that allow you to meander through mangrove forests on shell paths traversing the native wetland area. There are may mature live oak and gumbo limbo trees shading the paths. The entrance has a beautiful pavilion for gathering before or after exploring the park. Meet us at the Nature Center for a moderate nature walk in a historical park. Meander through open marshlands surrounded by a beautiful variety of oak, willow, and pine trees. A perfect location for birdwatching, too. Contact Kay at 941-356-3138 if you have any questions.

Enjoy a buffet luncheon. Members interested in renewing their membership for 2023 before the end of the year are encouraged to attend. Also, members are welcome to bring any guest who is interested in learning more about Impact100 SRQ.
Cost for the luncheon is $27 per person (including tax and gratuity). |

10% of all sales on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 will be generously donated to Impact100 SRQ and will help offset chapter expenses. |

Join us for the third annual Festival of Trees at UTC, a showcase and silent auction of creatively decorated trees by local charities. Starting December 1 explore an indoor winter wonderland, and gaze with delight at the nearly 50, charity-trimmed trees. Trees will be on display through December 19, and the highest bidders can take home their trees starting December 20th. Thank you to members Cheryl Gannon and Sannie Branner for designing the Impact100 SRQ tree each year! |

Girls Inc. of Sarasota County works to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. This is an Open House style event, and you can come and go as you please. Come see this gym renovation we funded and what it means to our community. There will be tours starting about every 20 minutes or so. Several of the girls will be there.
You are encouraged to bring a friend to let them know what Impact100 SRQ is all about. |
