2025 Eligible to Apply Form

Thank you for your interest in a 2025 Impact100 SRQ Grant. On April 16 at our Big Reveal event, we announced our 2025 Giving Year membership number which determines how many grants we will award and each grant’s dollar amount. This year, 864 women joined our organization which will enable us to award 8 grants for $108,000 each at our Annual Celebration in January 2026.

STEP ONE
To determine your eligibility to receive the 2025 Grant Application, please submit this Eligible to Apply Form no later than May 30, 2025. An automatic acknowledgment of your submission will be forwarded to you from the Action-Impact100 SRQ email address. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

This Eligible to Apply Form requests information about your organization and your planned initiative to provide us assurance that both your organization and your planned initiative satisfy our Grant Eligibility Guidelines. Before completing the Form, please review our Grant Eligibility Guidelines.

Please note that only eligibility to receive the Grant Application will be confirmed through the information provided. Submission of the Eligible to Apply Form does not guarantee grant eligibility or funding.

STEP TWO
We will review your submission and if your eligibility to receive the Grant Application is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to the actual Grant Application form. The last day to submit the Grant Application is June 30, 2025 at 12 NOON, Eastern Time.

Only applications that adhere to our Grant Eligibility Guidelines will move forward to the Focus Area Committees for review.

Is the Initiative a new project, program, or capital expense OR a significant, clearly defined expansion of an existing project, program, or capital expense? An expansion must be clearly defined by

a significant increase in the population served,
a broadening of the offering to a different population category
a broadening of the type of service offering, or

Impact100 SRQ will not provide grants for:

Debt reduction, operational deficits, interim funding, bridge funding or endowment funding
Grants to individuals
Any type of arrangement whereby our grant funds are transferred, either partially or in their entirety, to any other person or entity including transferring funds to a third-party for the purposes of the third-party paying expenses on behalf of the Grant Recipient
Partisan, legislative, or political activity
Initiatives of individual churches, synagogues or other religious institutions unless a separate, tax-exempt entity that is not under the umbrella of the church, synagogue or other religious institution exists for receiving Impact100 SRQ funds.
Faith-based initiatives or programs which require participation in activities of a particular faith, denomination or religion in order to benefit from the initiative or program:
- Benefits of the initiative or program must be available to any person, regardless of religious beliefs or practices
- Benefits of the initiative or program must not be dependent on any person being required to participate in any religious activity, ceremony or service
Grant recipients of an Impact100 SRQ grant awarded in the last two grant cycles
