2026 Eligible to Apply Form

Thank you for your interest in a 2026 Impact100 SRQ Grant.  To determine your eligibility to apply for a 2026 Grant, please submit this Eligible to Apply Form no later than May 1, 2026.  This Eligible to Apply Form requests information about your organization and your planned initiative to provide us assurance that both your organization and your planned initiative satisfy our Grant Eligibility Guidelines.  Before completing the Form, please review our Grant Eligibility Guidelines.  

Please note that only eligibility to receive the Grant Application will be confirmed from the information provided.  Submission of the Eligible to Apply Form does not guarantee grant eligibility or funding.  

STEP ONE

Please submit this Eligible to Apply Form no later than May 1, 2026.  Once you submit the Form, you will receive an email from Impact100 SRQ that confirms your submission.  If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

STEP TWO


We will review your submission and if your eligibility to apply is confirmed, you will receive an email from Impact100 SRQ.  If we have a question about your Eligible to Apply Form submission, we will send you an email from grants@impact100srq.org.

The Grant Application will be available starting on April 23, 2026, the day after our Big Reveal event.  At the Big Reveal, we will announce our 2026 Giving Year membership numbers which will determine how many Grants we will award and each Grant's dollar amount.

If your eligibility to apply is confirmed before April 23, 2026, you will be notified of your confirmation, but you will not receive the link to the Grant Application until that date.  If your eligibility to apply is confirmed on or after April 23, 2026, you will receive the link to the Grant Application in the confirmation email.

STEP THREE

The deadline to submit the 2026 Grant Application is June 30, 2026 at 12 NOON Eastern Standard Time.
  Only applications that adhere to our Grant Eligibility Guidelines will move forward to the Focus Area Committees for review.

Impact100 SRQ's Grant Eligibility Guidelines state that the organization must demonstrate the financial and operational capacity to implement, maintain and sustain the Initiative beyond the 24-month grant period.  Impact100 SRQ does not require organizations to have gross revenues above a specific amount, but the financial statements of organizations that apply are reviewed to determine adherence to this Grant Eligibility Guideline.  Accordingly before we determine your organization's eligibility to apply, we may request financial statements to determine adherence to this Eligibility Guideline.

If your Initiative is operationally dependent on support from other organizations, government agencies, or schools, collaborative letters of support must be provided with your application.  Collaborative letters of support must demonstrate the other organization's agreement to participate in the Initiative, in specific ways, with specific data, and/or services.

Impact100 SRQ will not provide grants for:

  • Debt reduction, operational deficits, interim funding, bridge funding or endowment funding
  • Grants to individuals
  • Any type of arrangement whereby our grant funds are transferred, either partially or in their entirety, to any other person or entity including transferring funds to a third-party for the purposes of the third-party paying expenses on behalf of the Grant Recipient
  • Partisan, legislative, or political activity
  • Initiatives of individual churches, synagogues or other religious institutions will not be funded unless a separate, tax-exempt entity that is not under the umbrella of the church, synagogue or other religious institution exists for receiving Impact100 SRQ funds.
  • Faith-based initiatives or programs that require belief in or participation in a particular religion, denomination or faith. All program benefits must be available to anyone, regardless of their religious beliefs, and no one may be required to take part in any religious activity, ceremony, or service to receive those benefits.
  • Grant recipients of an Impact100 SRQ grant awarded in the last two grant cycles
